Flue Senser: In case of any problem in flue draught, it cuts off the gas inlet to the water heater.
Water controlled gas valve: When the hot water tap is closed it closes the gas inlet to the main burner and prevents waterless
burning.
Pilot flame-thermocouple-magnetic coil: When the pilot flame goes out due to any reason, this system cuts off the gas inlet
to the water heater.
Main gas valve: This valve is the third security valve to prevent unburned gas leakage to the main burner. It also adjusts gas flow
rate.
Security valve: In case of very high water pressure, it protects the water heater from draining the water.
ODS (Oxygen Detection Security System): When the oxygen level decreases, first the pilot flame goes out then this system cuts off gas inlet.
Overheating Sensor: In case of overheating, the gas inlet is closed automatically.

2M Engineering/DemirDokum Thermo Boiler
- The Demirdokum Thermo-Boiler
(Calorifier) is designed for the production of
domestic hot water in private homes, small apartment
buildings or shops, offices and in industry.
- The Demirdokum Thermo-Boiler
( Calorifier ) is also suitable for use in conjuction
with district heating systems, heat pumps, solar
collectors and waste heat recovery systems.
- A helicoidal coil with a large surface makes the
production of huge hot water quantities possible either
when the boiler is operating continuously or instantaneously.
- An extra 2 kW standard
electric heater is installed with the Thermo-Boiler.
- The Thermo-Boiler is
manufactured of high-grade sheet steel which enables
it to withstand a maximum hot water working pressure
of 12 bar. The inside surfaces are lined with
high-quartz content vitrified enamel so that the water
is suitable for domestic comsumption.
- A magnesium anode provides
extra protection against corrosion.
- A thick layer of foamed rigid
polyurethane externally coated with sheet steel
guarantees complete insulation with minumum heat loss.
- The sheet steel casing of the
cylinder is painted with powder coated finish.
- To prevent the risk of
legionella bacteria contamination, a storage
temperature of 65°C is maintained. In addition, the
Coil extends completely to the bottom of the cylinder
so that the entire volume is heated, preventing any
cold spots at the bottom where bacteria might
flourish.
- When the pressure increases,
the safety valve mounted on the cold water inlet
decreases the pressure thus maintaining full safety.
- The Thermo-Boiler is wall
hung with mounting brackets and does not restrict
usable space.
- Suitable for use with all Demirdokum Boilers and
all other boilers via TB-100 Control panel which supplies
continuous comfort. The Summer-Winter selection can
be made on the control panel. It supplies 80°C hot
water from the boiler to the Thermo-Boiler as an independent
boiler thermostat adjustment.
